write for themincave
If you’re a writer or content marketer with first-hand experience to share, this is your chance to build authority with your next byline.
what we're looking for
Your lived expertise. We don’t want generic overviews that just anyone can write.
We want to hear how YOU used a tool in your workflow, a mini research you ran (with data + results)—something, anything exciting that’ll matter to our audience.
💡 Tip: Go heavy on the “how I do” or “how XYZ does” content.
Our readers are mid- to senior-level content pros who want to keep up with trends, learn from peers, automate routine processes, or upskill.
They’re usually freelance or in-house content marketers, writers, and strategists. If you’re one of us, you’re in the right place.

faqs
Are guest posts paid?
Not at the moment.
Can I use GenAI to write my outline?
Eh, no. We want to read your raw ideas and see some expertise. That’s how you make an impression.
What kind of links can I include?
You get one backlink to your website or LinkedIn in your author bio. Within the article, you may include non-promotional resources or tools. If you collaborate with experts, we’ll credit them too.
How long until I hear back?
We review pitches within two weeks. If you don’t hear back, assume your pitch wasn’t a good fit. You’re welcome to try again if you’re brimming with ideas.
