grow your LinkedIn presence in 30 days. seriously.

how?

Good question!

Everyone says, “Post on LinkedIn! But what do you even say? Don’t you need confidence for that? When do the carousels come in?

Is this your dilemma? Well, it’s mine too!

I’m Min, Resident Ball of Sunshine at TheMinCave, home to 4K+ content professionals.

I’ve worked in content for about seven years and given LinkedIn a few serious tries. It works, but I never cracked rhythm.

I’d post something random, disappear for weeks, and then wonder why nobody knew what I actually did (even though I’ve been on the app since it was still cool to own an iPod).

So, I built a system.

I was going to test it solo, but when I mentioned it in my newsletter, you said, Let’s do it together.

So, here we are: accountability partners by accident.

👋🏾 hi twin

why now?

The year is winding down, and the feed’s a little quieter. Sounds like the perfect time to build your posting rhythm without getting lost in peak-season noise.

By the time everyone’s making their January resolutions, you’ll already have the consistency and confidence that come from showing up.

"Haha, already beat you to it a few weeks ago!"

The LinkedIn Challenge (yes, that’s what we’re calling it) is a 30-day sprint to build or revive your presence and find a posting rhythm—without burning out.

It’s built around five activity types that balance writing, connecting, and rest.

what it is

why it works

The law of the compound effect, darling. Small, repeated effort multiplies.

You’ll train your brain to ideate really good content, get more confident at talking about your skills, and build posting discipline.

That’s where the real results start to show.

You already know I’m a big advocate of applying for jobs. I’m an even bigger advocate of being visible online and making your inbound pipeline work while you sleep.

how The LinkedIn Challenge works

So, we’ll write on weekends and engage on weekdays.

In Week 1, you’ll give your profile a refresh and set up your own content system so every post sounds like you (the way you talk IRL).

Each weekday, you’ll spend 10-15 minutes completing simple visibility tasks like leaving comments and connecting with your target audience (peers and prospects).

Each weekend, you’ll spend about 20–30 minutes answering 2–4 seriously detailed questions I’ll send you. They’re designed in form of briefs, to make you reflect. Your answers (or reflections) become your posts. It’s really that simple. By Sunday evening, you’ll have posts scheduled for the week.

faqs

Is it free?

Yes. This first cohort is free.

How much time does it take?

About 10–30 minutes a day, including posting and engagement. And before you say that’s a lot, you’ve spent longer watching TikToks. You’ll survive.

Do I need to post daily?

No. We’ll batch-write on weekends so we can be consistent without pressure. If you complete your weekend sessions, you can have posts scheduled every other day.

Is there a community or group?

Yep. You’ll join a Slack channel for prompts,  reminders, and mutual hype. We’ll be each other’s accountability partners, and you might even get your first few post-engagers (if you’re nice).

Are there any live, co-working sesisons?

Everything’s async in this cohort but live sessions are a strong consideration for future ones. Leave me a message if it’s something you’d like.

Do I need to make carousels or record videos?

Nah. This cohort is text-focused, but if you have some design chops, feel free to flex ‘em.

The mini-briefs I’ll share on writing days contain tips to flesh out carousels and videos, so if those are your media of choice, I got you! 🙂 See a sample brief here

What happens after 30 days?

You’ll leave with a stronger LinkedIn profile, a repeatable posting system, and a network that actually knows who you are.
